  • Courtnie Martinez, 31, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on a charge of trafficking a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), arrested and booked November 22.
  • Laura Robinette, 41, of Huntington, West Virginia, arrested by Carter County Jail, for failure to appear, arrested January 22, booked November 22.
  • Jeffrey Adams, 61, of Russell, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked November 22.
  • Anthony Light, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked November 22.
  • Coilean Harris, 23, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of menacing, resisting arrest, and two counts of probation violations (for felony offenses), arrested and booked November 22.
  • Shawn Terry, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of third degree criminal mischief, arrested and booked November 22.
  • Billy Carroll, 74, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence with minor injury), arrested and booked November 22.
  • Bradley Stamper, 31, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of two counts of first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), two counts of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, arrested and booked November 22.
