The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.
- Ashley Tolliver, 35, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a probation violation (for felony offense), arrested and booked July 29.
- Damon Stevens, 26, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place, and resisting arrest, arrested and booked July 30.
- Drew Rayburn, 28, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked July 30.
- Steven Keeton, 61, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on three counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 30.
- Austin Henderson, 26, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, and failure to produce insurance card, arrested and booked July 30.
- Sheldon Tackett, 20, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, fugitive (warrant not required), arrested and booked July 30.
- Kenneth Collier, 54, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked July 31.
- Angela Conley, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked July 31.
- Melissa Stewart, 53, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 31.
- Rocky Parsons, 39, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (dating violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked August 1.
- Bambi Waugh, 50, of Clearfield, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked August 1.
- Travis Glover, 30, of Clearfield, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (dating violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked August 1.
- Dylan Stephens, 31, of Grayson, detained by Carter County District Court, no further charges available, arrested and booked August 1.
- Terry Wilburn, 65, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on three counts of failure to appear, and four counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked August 1.
- Taylor Dickerson, 24, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree wanton endangerment, and fourth degree assault with minor injury, arrested and booked August 2.
- Kevin Carroll, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, careless driving, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, arrested and booked August 2.
- Richard Edwards, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration plates, and no registration receipt, arrested and booked August 2.
- Jason Marshall, 43, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked August 3.
- William Sloas, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked August 3.
- Melissa Stewart, 53, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked August 3.
- Haley Hays, 20, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit card, arrested and booked August 3.
- Jessica Manning, 35, of Morehead, arrested by Rowan County Detention Center, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked August 3.
- Ronnie Rogers, 43, of Willard, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of flagrant non-support, arrested and booked August 3.
- Gary McDavid, 55, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked August 3.
- Matthew Bailey, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and failure to appear, arrested and booked August 4.
- Casandra Setters, 20, of Morehead, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of improper signal, failure to wear seat belts, license not in possession, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and failure to produce insurance card, arrested and booked August 4.
- Mark Fannin, 57, of Olive Hill, held for drug court, arrested and booked August 5.
- Timothy Hanna, 55, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more, arrested and booked August 6.
- Charles Henderson, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to comply with helmet law over 21 years of age, reckless driving, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) third or greater offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, arrested and booked August 6.
- Travis Parsons, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, careless driving, inadequate silencer (muffler), operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belts, and failure to or improper signal, arrested and booked August 7.
- Jared Binion, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of first degree assault, arrested and booked August 7.
